Build and operate large-scale data acquisition systems, including web crawlers, distributed processing platforms, backend services, data pipelines, and asynchronous workloads. Improve ingestion reliability, scalability, observability, fault tolerance, and data quality. Collaborate with data product and engineering teams to develop data products, design schemas and pipelines, and deliver resilient systems in a remote-first environment.

Build and evolve scalable full-stack systems for People Data Labs’ APIs, self-serve products, and customer success tools. Responsibilities include designing frontend and backend architecture, developing React and Python applications, ensuring data integrity, implementing reliable APIs, optimizing performance, operating production services, collaborating with stakeholders, writing technical designs, mentoring engineers, and improving development practices.

Manages the IT and Security team, including helpdesk workflows, project roadmaps, compliance automation, access management, authentication standards, disaster recovery, vendor relationships, and enterprise system rollouts. Partners with product, engineering, and business leaders on security initiatives and complex technical changes. Maintains audit-ready security processes while overseeing remote IT operations, cloud security, identity tools, and technology spend.
