Trainee will learn Penskes sales and operations functions, manage fleet inventory, generate and grow customer accounts, ensure customer satisfaction, perform DOT-regulated driving duties, and complete required training, background checks, and safety/physical screenings.

Trainee responsible for building customer relationships and generating sales while managing fleet productivity, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Will perform DOT-regulated driving duties (including 26' box truck), maintain driver qualification records, complete background and drug screening, and travel within the district. Role includes training in sales, operations, finance, customer service and technology with advancement opportunities.

As an Experienced Diesel Technician, you'll perform maintenance and repairs on trucks, mentor others, and ensure vehicle safety and performance at Penske.
