Build Pelico’s agentic platform end to end, developing Python backend services, React interfaces, agent tools, orchestration workflows, runtime reliability features, evaluation harnesses, and real-time approval consoles. The role involves shipping production AI capabilities, improving agent trustworthiness, defining technical specifications, and creating reusable full-stack engineering patterns for manufacturing customers.

Lead the founding engineering effort for Pelico’s AI-agent platform. Define the technical vision, build agent orchestration and simulation capabilities, ensure actions are auditable and explainable, establish product-market fit, write production code, and hire and develop a senior engineering team. The role requires production experience with multi-agent systems, enterprise AI products, evaluation and observability, and commercialization in demanding or regulated industries.

Own enterprise customer relationships from onboarding through long-term success, driving adoption, measurable ROI, operational improvements, and account expansion. Partner with senior stakeholders, Sales, Product, and Engineering to solve complex manufacturing challenges, translate customer needs into product improvements, and develop scalable Customer Operations systems. Use AI tools and customer data to analyze outcomes, prepare communications, and identify growth opportunities.
