Develops EV charging services accounts through marketing content, proposals, RFP responses, pricing coordination, account plans, and contract-closing activities. Identifies revenue opportunities, leads customer communications, coordinates internal and third-party resources, and supports project execution. The role also participates in industry events, coaches senior leadership on communications, and manages or supervises team members as needed.

Support OSP telecommunications projects by managing pole attachment applications, permitting, and utility coordination from engineering review through final approval. Review work prints and engineering drawings, identify pole ownership, submit and track permits, resolve utility issues, and coordinate with engineering, permitting, construction, and utility teams to ensure timely attachment approvals.

Lead and advanced wind technicians perform and supervise maintenance, troubleshooting, composite blade repair, major component exchanges, and LOTO on Siemens/GE/Gamesa turbines. Responsibilities include safety planning (JHAs/RAs), crew leadership, inspecting and repairing composite and electrical/mechanical systems, and documenting work.

Lead end-to-end engineering for complex outside plant (OSP) fiber and copper builds, overseeing design, permitting, field validation, construction readiness, QA/QC, budgeting, and closeout. Mentor junior engineers, coordinate with utilities/agencies, produce sealed plans and splicing/loss documentation, manage permits/ROW and pole attachments, and drive continuous improvements and reporting.
