Own PDQ’s webinar program and lifecycle marketing campaigns for customers and prospects. Plan, promote, produce, and measure webinars; build segmented lifecycle campaigns that drive product adoption, cross-sell, expansion, and new-logo pipeline. Partner with Demand Generation, Sales, Customer Success, RevOps, and Product Marketing to coordinate campaigns, track engagement and attribution, and optimize programs based on performance.

Build and manage a partner pipeline, acquire and activate channel partners, conduct outreach, negotiate partnership agreements, and maintain CRM records. Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, customer success, and product teams. Monitor partner performance metrics, report insights, and optimize channel strategy based on data and partner feedback.
