Lead regional sales in Ohio by building broker and consultant relationships, selling ParetoHealth self-insurance solutions, creating and executing regional sales plans, collaborating with underwriting, account management and marketing, and delivering measurable cost-control solutions for small and midsize employers. Role requires frequent territory travel and driving revenue through consultative selling and strong broker networks.
