Dental insurance
Panorama’s dental insurance plan provides 100% coverage for semi-annual dental exams.
Disability insurance
Panorama covers 100% of the monthly premiums for short-term disability. Long-term disability is also offered.
Flexible Spending Account (FSA)
Panorama's FSA helps employees pay for eligible health & dependent care expenses with pre tax contributions up to $2,750 annually. (This includes copays, deductibles, daycare, after-school care, etc)
Health insurance
Panorama's health insurance plan through BCBS offers a PPO, HMO, and HDHP option. Panorama covers 90% of premium costs. This includes access to 24/7 telehealth and a nurse & physician hotline.
Life insurance
Full-time employees will receive Basic Life Insurance and AD&D automatically. Panorama covers 100% of the monthly premiums and the maximum benefit amount is $50,000. Supplemental Life offered also.

Vision insurance
Panorama's vision insurance plan provides 100% coverage for annual eye exams and lenses after a $10 copay. Frames and contact lenses are covered up to $150.

Child Care + Parental Leave
Family medical leave
Team members who need to go on medical leave or support an immediate family member (child, spouse, or parent) who needs medical care will receive 12 weeks of leave. (12mo & 1,250hr qualification)
Generous parental leave
Panorama offers up to 16 weeks of paid parental leave for all new parents. We also offer a flexible transition back to work, compassionate leave, and equitable pay for those on variable comp plans.
