Lead full-cycle recruiting for clinical and corporate roles at an early-stage healthtech. Partner with hiring managers to build pipelines, source and close candidates, manage multiple searches, use ATS and recruiting metrics to optimize processes, and serve as a talent advisor while promoting the employer brand.

Lead accounting operations to ensure GAAP-compliant, audit-ready financials. Support month-end close, revenue reporting, reconciliations, payroll accounting, intercompany JEs, and AP process development. Improve controls, automate workflows, and partner cross-functionally to scale finance operations for a growing healthcare-focused startup.
