Own Avon AI’s US go-to-market motion, including enterprise prospecting, discovery, demos, pilots, negotiations, forecasting, and closing deals with regulated organizations. Build demand through outbound campaigns, events, webinars, partners, and resellers. Develop the sales process, messaging, qualification framework, and playbook while helping recruit the future US sales and marketing team. Collaborate closely with founders and product teams, translating customer and market feedback into product direction.

Lead the Personal Loans portfolio strategy, quantitative analysis, risk-based pricing, deal economics, and profitability initiatives. Manage a distributed analytics and portfolio team across New York and Israel, align strategies with partners, and collaborate with Risk, Product, Capital Markets, and Engineering. Translate complex credit and financial analysis into executive recommendations while optimizing customer conversion, risk-adjusted yield, margins, and lifecycle outcomes.

Lead go-to-market and partner development for Personal Loans and Point-of-Sale products. Own end-to-end enterprise sales, build C-level relationships, close complex deals, and coordinate cross-functional teams to launch AI-driven consumer lending integrations and scale market presence.
