Leads complex enterprise customer implementations from closed-won commitment through go-live, adoption, measurable ROI, and account health. Owns implementation plans, milestones, risks, technical coordination, customer onboarding, executive updates, value realization, and process improvement. Partners across Sales, Product, Engineering, AI, and customer teams while identifying expansion signals. The role requires strong enterprise stakeholder management, technical understanding of integrations and workflows, and regular customer-site travel.

Own enterprise customer opportunities from discovery through commercial close and implementation transition. Lead operational workflow discovery, solution design, platform configuration, pilot testing, technical validation, stakeholder engagement, and value articulation. Build and troubleshoot workflows, integrations, automations, forms, and logic while progressing sales opportunities. Travel regularly to customer sites for operational walkthroughs, pilots, executive readouts, and go-live activities. Partner with GTM, AI, technology, and implementation teams to deliver repeatable solutions.
