Provides cross-functional onboarding and screening support for consultants. Responsibilities include reviewing paperwork, completing I-9 verification, coordinating background, drug, and health screenings, resolving routine discrepancies, managing the Service Desk queue, maintaining compliance records, reviewing agreements, and communicating with consultants and internal stakeholders.

Owns the full lifecycle of Oxford’s ERP service offering, including market positioning, solution design, proprietary asset development, business development support, client engagement, pilot governance, internal enablement, KPI reporting, partner collaboration, compliance oversight, and thought leadership. The role serves as both business owner and ERP subject matter expert, driving differentiated, repeatable consulting solutions and measurable client outcomes.
