Responsibilities include sourcing passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, conducting screens, coordinating interviews, maintaining ATS records, advising hiring managers, managing pipelines, and supporting offers through closeout. The recruiter works independently in a fully remote, high-volume environment while following established processes and maintaining strong candidate and stakeholder communication.
