Develops vitamin and VMS category strategy through syndicated data analysis, consumer insights, competitive research, assortment and shelving recommendations, and category growth storytelling. Creates national sales materials, supports innovation and post-launch initiatives, informs retailer planning, and partners with brand, innovation, consumer insights, category development, sales, and retail teams to identify and execute growth opportunities across Amazon, mass, club, and other channels.

Lead cross-functional teams through new product commercialization and portfolio optimization. Create integrated project plans, manage timelines, budgets, risks, product changes, stage-gate decisions, retailer communications, and bill of materials setup. Conduct launch scenario analysis and coordinate Product Development, Operations, Creative, Marketing, Sales, and external partners to deliver projects on time, on budget, and aligned with strategy.
