Lead enterprise FP&A for a high-growth CPG business: own long-range planning, enterprise financial model, forecasting cadence, board/executive reporting, strategic financial analysis, and FP&A team building. Partner cross-functionally to inform growth, pricing, margin, working capital, and capital decisions while implementing scalable systems, governance, and reporting to support rapid scale.

Lead development and orchestration of integrated 360 brand campaigns across creative, PR, influencer, social, partnerships, media, shopper, digital, and loyalty. Serve as cross-functional hub with agencies and channel owners, set objectives and KPIs, monitor performance, optimize plans, manage budgets, and improve integrated planning processes to drive brand and business outcomes.

Lead analytical evaluation and prioritization of innovation pipeline (line extensions, LTOs, price pack and assortment). Analyze syndicated and internal sales data, build data-driven business cases, and partner cross-functionally to drive commercial commercialization and portfolio optimization.

Drive supply chain efficiency through data analytics, KPI development, process redesign, ERP/WMS/automation selection and implementation, Lean Six Sigma continuous improvement, AI-driven forecasting, cross-functional project leadership, audits, and change management with suppliers and 3PLs.
