Provide outpatient psychiatric evaluations, psychopharmacologic management, treatment planning, and consultation to treatment teams at a Massachusetts Department of Mental Health Community Mental Health Center. Full- or part-time, daytime with flexible schedule, no night call; teaching and Harvard appointment available for qualified applicants.

Provide psychiatric care across residential, partial-hospital, intensive outpatient, and outpatient programs for adolescents and adults with eating disorders, depression, and dual diagnoses. Coordinate care with third-party payers and the multidisciplinary medical team; candidate may be eligible for a Harvard University clinical faculty appointment.

Provide culturally sensitive outpatient psychotherapy for adults with substance use and co-occurring diagnoses. Develop and coordinate individualized care plans, collaborate with community providers, and may offer individual, couples, or family therapy. Opportunity to advance into a leadership role supervising clinicians, managing schedules, and ensuring productivity while adhering to clinic, state, and federal standards.

Provide nursing and clinical operations leadership across two Boston-area outpatient clinics. Supervise and mentor nurse managers and clinical staff, coordinate staffing and ratios with medical leadership, perform triage nursing (20% time), support project work, and promote quality care and culturally competent patient communication.

Provide culturally sensitive psychotherapy to children through adults in a multi-disciplinary behavioral health practice. Deliver individual, couple, and family therapy; develop patient care plans; ensure compliance with clinic, state, and federal regulations; and coordinate care with community agencies and service providers.

Provide outpatient psychiatric care including psychopharmacology evaluations, medication management, intake evaluations and follow-up for adults with substance use disorders, anxiety, bipolar disorder and mild mental health issues. Part- or full-time (16-40 hours/week), Monday–Friday with flexible schedule. Provide outpatient psychiatric care for adults with co-occurring disorders, including psychodiagnostic assessment, psychotherapy, psychopharmacologic evaluation/management, and aftercare. Work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary community health center, with experience prescribing psychiatric and substance-abuse medications. Flexible 20-40 hour/week schedule; addiction medicine experience preferred.
