Write email copy for 5–6 DTC client accounts, coordinate projects and approvals, maintain status updates, contribute to retention strategy, format performance reports, and identify blockers. This remote-first entry-level role requires reliable execution, attention to detail, initial email copywriting and project management experience, and availability online from 12–5pm CEST.

Manage retention strategy and execution for 1-2 accounts while handling copywriting and project management for 5-6 additional pod accounts. Lead client calls and business reviews, analyze data and reports, translate insights into action, and maintain status tracking, approvals, and sequencing. Grow into full strategic ownership and revenue generation.

Design email campaigns, pop-ups, GIFs and animations for e-commerce brands; build and maintain email design systems; meet deadlines; provide design direction and support to the team to improve workflows and output.
