Provide commercial, corporate, employment, privacy and compliance legal support for US operations of a global CRO. Lead drafting, review and negotiation of commercial agreements; manage disputes, investigations and external counsel; support acquisitions, due diligence, post‑acquisition integration, and legal/risk frameworks; advise stakeholders across functions and collaborate with global legal team to deliver pragmatic, commercially focused solutions.
