Own the content product roadmap and third-party provider partnerships for an AI-powered research platform. Manage content collections, licensing, rights, access, quality, and delivery while coordinating with Content Operations, Engineering, Customer Success, Sales, and Compliance. Lead a small team, prioritize customer and market needs, negotiate or manage licenses, and ensure premium content is accurately prepared for AI applications.

Build and maintain content ingestion pipelines, migrate legacy Perl systems to Python and containerized services, implement durable workflows, troubleshoot production issues, and apply AI, ML, NLP, and LLMs to content processing. The role also spans backend services and customer portals using PHP and React/TypeScript, requiring strong production engineering judgment, operational skills, collaboration, and ownership from problem discovery through deployment.
