Support drafting, negotiation, vendor evaluation, contract execution, recordkeeping, compliance with financing documents, change order and claims management, and development of standard templates and contracting systems. Identify and escalate contractual risks and support contract-related procurement and lender diligence activities.

Design Engineer I will produce and review designs and permit-ready drawings for commercial, government, and utility solar PV projects (3–300MW AC), support 15–25 projects, perform feasibility analyses, manage milestone drawing releases, assist permitting/bidding, and contribute to design standards and training.

Lead all finance, accounting, and capital strategy for a growing renewable energy developer. Partner with CEO, Exec Team, and Board on strategy; oversee accounting, FP&A, treasury, tax, payroll, audit, and reporting; lead capital markets and investor/lender relationships; build finance systems, controls, and team; support risk management, compliance, and financial decision-making to enable growth.

Manage utility-scale interconnection portfolios across multiple ISOs. Lead application window planning, coordinate cross-functional teams, track ISO processes and KPIs, perform interconnection due diligence, escalate risks, manage consultants, negotiate with utilities, and engage in ISO/FERC policy work to support market participation strategy.

Support end-to-end development and financing of solar, wind, and storage projects: manage cross-functional teams, maintain schedules and data rooms, track permitting/interconnection and contracts, assist with legal documents and contract negotiation, forecast milestones, and support project marketing and closings.

Lead marketing, negotiation, and sale of renewable energy projects. Manage cross-functional teams, run competitive marketing processes, perform due diligence, build data rooms, negotiate MIPAs and purchase agreements, structure transactions, and drive portfolio strategy and stakeholder relationships to maximize project value.
