Own the full interconnection lifecycle for distributed generation projects, serving as the primary utility contact and coordinating engineering, finance, accounting, operations, consultants, applications, studies, agreements, payments, and approvals. Interpret utility requirements, manage risks and disputes, forecast interconnection cash flows, maintain project tracking infrastructure, support market-entry research, negotiate outcomes, and drive process improvements across regional clean energy development efforts.

Manage day-to-day construction and commissioning of renewable energy projects: oversee EPC contractors, schedules, budgets, quality, safety, change orders, punch-list and COD turnover, report progress to leadership and lenders, and escalate risks and contractor issues.

Support end-to-end development and financing of solar, wind, and storage projects: manage cross-functional teams, maintain schedules and data rooms, track permitting/interconnection and contracts, assist with legal documents and contract negotiation, forecast milestones, and support project marketing and closings.

Lead marketing, negotiation, and sale of renewable energy projects. Manage cross-functional teams, run competitive marketing processes, perform due diligence, build data rooms, negotiate MIPAs and purchase agreements, structure transactions, and drive portfolio strategy and stakeholder relationships to maximize project value.

Lead all finance, accounting, and capital strategy for a growing renewable energy developer. Partner with CEO, Exec Team, and Board on strategy; oversee accounting, FP&A, treasury, tax, payroll, audit, and reporting; lead capital markets and investor/lender relationships; build finance systems, controls, and team; support risk management, compliance, and financial decision-making to enable growth.
