Manage onboarding and transition activities for OCIO clients, including account setup, investment manager and custodian coordination, documentation review, AML/KYC validation, recordkeeping, and issue escalation. The role manages multiple concurrent implementations, serves as a client and consulting-team contact, improves onboarding workflows, and contributes to special projects that increase scalability and efficiency.

Support OCIO trading operations including trade communication, cash and positions reconciliations, trade acknowledgement and settlement for mutual funds, ETFs, commingled funds, hedge funds, private equity and SMAs. Monitor capital calls/distributions, prepare transaction forms, estimate valuations/proxy pricing for alternatives, maintain documentation, and drive process improvements. Interface with asset managers, custodians, fund administrators, and internal teams, and assist on special projects to improve operational efficiency.
