Nedap Benefits Overview

Manage HR systems and employee records, administer benefits and payroll coordination, maintain compliance and policies, support onboarding/offboarding, track HR metrics, and provide HR guidance to employees and managers while driving process improvements.

Own day-to-day accounting operations including AP/AR, bank reconciliations, payroll entries, general ledger maintenance, and month-end close. Support compliance filings (sales/use tax), customer/vendor onboarding, ERP and process-improvement initiatives, and partner with the Finance Manager on ad hoc projects in a hybrid Burlington, MA role.

Develop and optimize digital content across email, web, social and print; manage social channels and community engagement; run paid media and SEO campaigns; use HubSpot for lead generation; track analytics to improve performance; collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
