Customer-facing technical role designing and supporting SaaS integrations for RFID-based retail inventory deployments. Responsibilities include solution architecture, API and data integration support, technical testing, troubleshooting, deployment optimization, pre-sales demonstrations, customer training, performance analysis, and product feedback. The role requires collaboration with customer IT teams, sales, product specialists, and international technical colleagues while managing multiple implementations and traveling 25–35% domestically and internationally.

Own day-to-day accounting operations including AP/AR, bank reconciliations, payroll entries, general ledger maintenance, and month-end close. Support compliance filings (sales/use tax), customer/vendor onboarding, ERP and process-improvement initiatives, and partner with the Finance Manager on ad hoc projects in a hybrid Burlington, MA role.

Lead end-to-end deployment of iD Cloud RFID solutions for retail clients, driving project plans, stakeholder alignment, enablement, and measurable outcomes. Act as primary client liaison, ensure technical and operational integration, transfer knowledge, mitigate risks, and maintain high customer satisfaction throughout pilot and rollout phases.
