Leads the development and execution of N-Power Medicine’s clinical research operations model. Oversees distributed clinical research staff and Clinical Operations, including staffing, capacity planning, training, performance metrics, study startup, TMF management, regulatory documentation, site and IRB coordination, and monitoring. Builds scalable SOPs, playbooks, dashboards, and workflows while partnering with network leadership and supporting oncology clinical trial execution across practices.

Abstract and curate oncology clinical data from EHR systems into EDC platforms, including patient history, diagnoses, treatments, disease progression, and genomic results. Conduct protocol-based chart reviews and eligibility prescreening, maintain tracking dashboards, ensure GCP and SOP compliance, and resolve data issues with quality management and biostatistics teams. Provide feedback to improve abstraction workflows and collaborate with data and software teams on platform development. The position is 90–100% abstraction-focused and remote within the United States.

Lead day-to-day operations and performance of Clinical Research Specialist teams across assigned health system accounts. Manage hiring, onboarding, training, coaching, compliance, quality oversight, and site relationships. Track performance metrics, support audits and corrective actions, and implement process improvements while partnering with senior leadership to ensure operational excellence and alignment with account priorities.

Lead Quantitative Sciences for oncology clinical development, designing and executing externally controlled and hybrid studies. Develop statistical methodologies for bias mitigation, design protocols and analysis plans, implement analyses and scalable tools, mentor teams, collaborate cross-functionally on data requirements, and communicate results via publications and regulatory reports.

Senior account and implementation leader managing end-to-end partnership operations with oncology network partners. Owns partner activation, physician engagement, EHR integration, implementation, ongoing program performance, and scaling repeatable playbooks while coordinating cross-functionally and supporting BD at contract handoff.
