Ensure high availability and operational resilience during active customer cyberattacks.

Own client relationships and delivery for cyber resilience advisory accounts. Lead Active Directory reviews, identity gap analyses, risk assessments, tabletop exercises, threat intelligence briefings, resilience roadmaps, policy reviews, and implementation projects. Translate incident response findings into actionable security improvements, manage concurrent client engagements, oversee technical resources, support proposals, and build trusted relationships with technical and executive stakeholders.

Lead digital forensics and incident response investigations across Windows, macOS, Linux, cloud, and SaaS environments. Investigate ransomware, nation-state threats, account takeovers, identity abuse, and multi-cloud intrusions across AWS, GCP, and Azure. Analyze endpoint, network, identity, and cloud audit data while maintaining rigorous evidentiary standards. Advise on investigative methodology, threat intelligence, and incident response services, and help design LLM-based tooling to accelerate triage, timeline creation, and reporting.

Coordinate and manage multiple concurrent incident response engagements: maintain documentation, schedules, budgets, client communications, SOWs/change orders, risk tracking, and on-call support to ensure timely, organized responses.

As a Technical Advisor, you will lead incident response efforts, managing crises like ransomware attacks and providing strategic guidance to executives.

As a Senior Consultant in DFIR, you'll investigate and respond to threats, support clients during incidents, and enhance cloud-native forensic practices.

Owns the buildout and operation of MOXGUARD’s recurring resilience advisory delivery organization. Responsibilities include developing standardized service models, playbooks, tooling, SLAs, onboarding, quality controls, capacity and cost models, utilization targets, and margin instrumentation. Leads advisor recruitment and development, supports key clients and escalations, and collaborates with Product, Sales, Operations, and Marketing to scale consistent, renewal-worthy cybersecurity services.

Sell MOXGUARD recurring resilience services to post-incident and proactive prospects by leading technical qualification, discovery, solution design, and scoped proposals. Build technical champions, create phased security roadmaps, own technical scope for proposals/RFPs/SOWs, navigate procurement and compliance, forecast pipeline, and hit MRR quota while handing off delivery to services.

Lead and build MOXFIVE's Customer Success function: define strategy and KPIs, create post-incident client journeys, manage a CS team, drive retention and expansion, serve as senior escalation and primary POC for top-tier accounts, and partner cross-functionally to translate service quality into growth.

Lead platform engineering to improve cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, IaC, CI/CD, secrets, observability, and production guardrails. Build internal developer tooling, harden access controls, improve operational readiness, and define pragmatic platform standards to enable secure, reliable, high-velocity releases.
