Own B2B SaaS client renewals, upsells, and cross-sells while building strategic account plans and expansion pipelines. Develop strong client relationships, conduct quarterly reviews, monitor account health, maintain CRM accuracy, and collaborate with Customer Success, Marketing, Product, and Leadership. Represent Mongoose at industry events and support onsite client visits. Success is measured by retention, renewal quota attainment, expansion revenue, adoption, and account growth.
