The role improves People systems, manages data flows, supports leadership reporting, and delivers an efficient employee experience in a fast-moving, fully remote startup.

Provide commercial and corporate legal support for a fast-growing fintech: negotiate and draft contracts, translate legal terms for internal partners, advise on regulatory/compliance issues, integrate legal workflows into product and go-to-market activities, and steward vendor and partner relationships.

Lead end-to-end product discovery, prioritization, and delivery for high-leverage fintech areas (Aggregation, Core Product, or AI). Own product strategy, collaborate with engineering and design, make data-driven tradeoffs, and iterate in-market to improve reliability, clarity, and member trust.
