Leads CMC technical operations and clinical supply activities for global development programs. Oversees stability, analytical testing, packaging, inventory, logistics, distribution, external partners, operational planning, risk management, budgets, and continuous improvement. Coordinates cross-functional stakeholders, evaluates technical and stability data, manages supply chain risks, maintains dashboards and reports, and provides recommendations to leadership in support of clinical-stage product development and supply.

Designs, produces, and characterizes multispecific antibody therapeutics within a multidisciplinary protein science team. Responsibilities include construct assembly, recombinant protein expression, chromatography-based purification, biochemical and cell-based potency testing, biophysical stability screening, experimental planning, data analysis, troubleshooting, and cross-functional communication. The role requires advanced protein science training and substantial experience with biologics discovery, molecular biology, mammalian cell culture, protein purification, and analytical characterization.

Lead clinical data management across multiple programs from study start-up through database lock. Create and maintain DM plans, CRFs, database build specs, edit checks, and testing. Oversee data review, query resolution, external data reconciliation, CRO coordination, documentation, training, and process/SOP improvements while acting as escalation point for data issues.

Lead scientific strategy for multispecific biologic discovery and preclinical development in immuno-oncology and inflammation. Design target validation, in vitro/ex vivo/in vivo studies, candidate selection, and IND-enabling packages. Provide cross-functional leadership, mentor scientists, ensure data quality, and present program results to senior leadership and partners.
