Facilitates Scrum and Agile ceremonies, removes impediments, manages backlog collaboration, coaches cross-functional software teams, supports PI Planning, resolves conflicts, and drives continuous process improvement with stakeholders and senior leadership.

Supports Department of Veterans Affairs cybersecurity authorization and risk management activities across the full NIST RMF and ATO lifecycle. Develops security artifacts, assesses risks and vulnerabilities, implements controls, manages POA&Ms, and coordinates remediation with technical and business stakeholders. The role also supports cloud security, FedRAMP, continuous monitoring, compliance assessments, security documentation, and briefings.

Lead and execute capture efforts for federal opportunities across contract vehicles. Develop capture plans, conduct opportunity and competitive analysis, coordinate gate reviews, align solution/pricing/proposal teams, support teaming and subcontractor strategy, maintain CRM pipeline hygiene, and contribute to value propositions and pricing inputs to increase probability of win.

Design, implement, and manage secure, scalable AWS infrastructure using IaC (Terraform/CloudFormation), CI/CD pipelines, container orchestration (Docker/Kubernetes/EKS), cloud security controls, monitoring, and disaster recovery while collaborating with development teams to support reliable application deployments for a VA project.

Provide remote operational support for VA EHRM integration: monitor HL7 interfaces, troubleshoot production issues, support interface testing, assist with site go-lives and releases, maintain release and operational documentation, and collaborate with technical teams.

Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts; create detailed test cases; perform manual and regression testing; report defects; maintain test documentation; conduct performance and UAT testing; collaborate with developers; and improve automation processes.

Design, implement, and manage scalable AWS infrastructure (EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, EKS) using IaC (Terraform/CloudFormation), automation, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD (GitHub Actions). Enforce cloud security (IAM, encryption, network segmentation), monitor and optimize performance/cost, troubleshoot infrastructure and deployment issues, and collaborate with development teams. Support VA project requirements, undergo background checks, and complete fingerprinting.
