Conduct high-volume outreach (calls, email, social), qualify marketing-generated leads, research target accounts, engage prospects for needs analysis, book meetings for Account Executives, maintain CRM pipeline, collaborate with partners and internal teams, and stay current on product and industry trends to drive pipeline growth.

Lead cross-functional Salesforce-centric GTM initiatives across lead-to-order, quote-to-cash, billing, renewals, and customer lifecycle. Translate needs into functional specs, user stories, BPMN process flows, and acceptance criteria. Drive UAT, create documentation and training, support QA, mentor BA peers, and set standards to improve documentation and delivery consistency.
