Supports communications and content activities across the academy, including creating and distributing editorial, marketing, multimedia, website, social media, newsletter, and intranet content. Manages content calendars, engagement tracking, analytics reporting, digital campaigns, event coverage, and audience engagement. Coordinates with campus partners, alumni, families, and Advancement; supports magazine content and digital systems; maintains brand consistency and documentation; and captures basic photo and video content.

Provides tier-one technical support to faculty, staff, and students across Windows, Mac, Apple, and Chrome devices. Installs, configures, maintains, repairs, and upgrades hardware, software, operating systems, and peripherals. Troubleshoots Help Desk requests, documents resolutions, manages equipment inventory, supports technology upgrades, researches tools, and assists with user training. The role requires strong customer service, communication, problem-solving, teamwork, and the ability to manage shifting priorities in a school environment.

Onboard and process newly hired employees for the 2026–2027 year at Milton Academy; coordinate application/onboarding support with HR contact provided.

Support teachers and students during Saturday academic sessions by setting up activities, assisting with lessons, snacks, arrival/dismissal, supplies, and classroom cleanup while receiving mentorship and feedback from the program director.
