Conducts cognitive systems engineering, cognitive task analysis, knowledge elicitation, work domain analysis, and human-system interaction research for defense platforms. The role models complex workflows, evaluates cognitive workload and operational friction, develops decision-support architectures, leads multidisciplinary projects, and delivers recommendations to improve situational awareness and decision-making.
