Owns system configuration standards and quality controls for the Phoenix OneCase grants and case management platform. Configures complex programs, workflows, permissions, forms, templates, and integrations; reviews production releases; mentors system administrators; and manages reusable configuration templates. Builds Power BI reporting, writes SQL for validation and troubleshooting, supports demos and proof-of-concepts, maintains documentation, and ensures accessibility, security, testing, and change-control compliance.
