Own and evolve the analytics platform: build and maintain dbt data models, govern semantic metrics in Lightdash, ensure data quality and observability, and partner with analysts and stakeholders to enable reliable self-service reporting.

Lead AI-enabled revenue forecasting, maintain executive dashboards, ensure CRM data governance (Salesforce), and integrate revenue, compliance, and learner data. Partner cross-functionally to translate analysis into actionable insights, optimize renewals and pricing, and reduce operational toil for Development and Partnerships.

Provide high-level support to two Co-CEOs: manage complex calendars, coordinate executive travel and logistics, serve as liaison to stakeholders, streamline operations, support projects and board coordination, and handle confidential communications with occasional after-hours responsiveness.
