Manage a portfolio of Tier 3 clients, building relationships, improving retention, and driving revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling fleet solutions. Responsibilities include forecasting vehicle orders, maintaining the Salesforce pipeline, presenting client scorecards, identifying at-risk accounts, and collaborating with internal teams on onboarding and strategic initiatives. The role is remote with occasional travel for high-value client meetings and events.

Provides onsite support for FleetShare clients across the Rockford territory. Responsibilities include managing fleet vehicle inspections, maintenance, repairs, registrations, billing, technology access, user documentation, vehicle movements, shipments, utilization, and KPI reporting. The role serves as a client contact and subject matter expert, troubleshoots FleetShare technology, coordinates with internal teams, and conducts site visits. It requires use of a personal vehicle, outdoor work in varying weather, and frequent bending, kneeling, and reaching.

Territory-based individual contributor responsible for hunting and growing fleet management accounts across MD, VA, DE, and northern NC. Use consultative sales to identify stakeholders, present leasing and fleet solutions (including EV conversions), manage CRM, negotiate deals, assess creditworthiness, and retain/expand client relationships. Home-office based with periodic regional travel.
