Drives new client acquisition for wealth management by contacting, qualifying, and engaging prospective clients. Conducts discovery conversations, documents client needs, manages follow-up, tracks pipeline activity in Salesforce, and partners with Advisors to advance opportunities and onboard clients. Meets sales and conversion targets while providing a consultative, client-focused experience.

Conduct manager research, maintain investment data and monitoring tools, develop asset allocation studies and capital markets materials, support Morningstar reporting functionality, and provide advisors with research-driven resources and data support. The role requires translating investment insights into actionable client-facing deliverables while managing recurring reports, surveys, searches, and multiple deadlines.

Provides security architecture and enablement across SaaS platforms, APIs, custom applications, data integrations, cloud environments, and AI workflows. Partners with product, engineering, data, architecture, identity, infrastructure, enterprise, and procurement teams to conduct threat reviews, develop secure-by-design patterns, assess vendors, implement guardrails, and manage risks. Translates security requirements into practical solutions, supports enterprise data strategy and M&A integration, and mentors teams as a trusted security advisor.
