Leads technical assessments, site surveys, feasibility studies, engineering design, project scoping, savings calculations, and investment-grade cost estimates for utility, HVAC, mechanical, and infrastructure modernization projects. Develops technical recommendations and project economics, coordinates internal and external engineering resources, and supports design-build implementation, technical reviews, and incentive integration. Regularly collaborates with clients and travels to commercial and industrial facilities, construction sites, and utility plants.

Support planning and delivery of energy efficiency, utility, and infrastructure projects: perform site surveys, engineering evaluations, feasibility studies, scope/savings/cost estimates, design documentation, and coordinate construction and procurement under a Professional Engineer.

Lead technical assessments, feasibility studies, and engineering design for utility and infrastructure modernization projects. Develop scopes, investment-grade cost estimates, project economics, and coordinate design through implementation to improve performance, reliability, and cost efficiency for commercial and industrial clients.

Develop roofing and building envelope designs, specifications, bid-ready documents, and cost estimates. Conduct inspections and technical assessments, manage multiple projects, coordinate with clients and contractors, maintain project records, and ensure constructability, compliance, and timely delivery.

Coordinate and process SMB pricing requests: gather data, request supplier quotes, prepare pricing materials and contracts, maintain spreadsheets and tracking tools, and support sales and operations with timely, accurate pricing and documentation. Build working knowledge of energy products and pricing processes.
