Leads mechanical, utility, energy-efficiency, and infrastructure projects from site assessment through closeout. Responsibilities include feasibility studies, engineering oversight, scopes and cost estimates, contractor coordination, scheduling, budgets, change orders, risk management, commissioning, client presentations, and team mentoring. The role manages commercial, industrial, and public-sector projects while identifying energy savings, incentives, and follow-on opportunities. Frequent local travel to client sites is required, with occasional regional or overnight travel.

Supports assigned client accounts throughout the contract lifecycle by responding to inquiries, monitoring shared communications, coordinating with sales teams, channel partners, and energy suppliers, and resolving billing, enrollment, and service issues. Documents account activity, escalates complex problems, identifies recurring process gaps, and contributes to continuous improvement while maintaining compliance and accurate contract processing.
