Sell Magna Legal Services' litigation support solutions across the Boston territory. Build and execute territory strategy, prospect and develop client relationships, maintain pipeline in CRM, collaborate with subject matter experts and operations, attend industry events, and travel for client meetings to grow revenue and cross-sell services.

Conduct desktop-based locate and skip-tracing investigations for legal matters, using public records, proprietary databases, social media, interviews, and investigative calls. The FP&A Manager will build and scale planning, forecasting, reporting, and finance business partnering capabilities. Responsibilities include reconciling financial and operational data, completing the NetSuite Planning & Budgeting rollout, defining KPIs, owning budgets and forecasts, producing management and board reporting, investigating variances, automating workflows, and partnering with business leaders. Own and enhance Sigma dashboards and business intelligence reporting for the Records Retrieval business. Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable data solutions, analyze complex datasets, improve data quality and governance, define reporting standards, and support Snowflake data warehouse and modeling initiatives. Deliver actionable insights, automate reporting processes, evaluate analytics tools, and independently drive analytics projects from requirements through delivery.

Review and edit deposition transcripts for grammar, formatting, legal accuracy, consistency, confidentiality, and compliance with company and industry standards. Communicate effectively with internal teams, manage multiple assignments independently, and deliver polished transcripts reliably and on time as a remote 1099 contractor. Familiarity with AI transcription platforms is beneficial, and training is provided on proprietary software.

The Records Case Opening Coordinator will review and add client orders, prepare court subpoenas, answer client inquiries, and assist with problem-solving requirements.

Manage and grow a data engineering team, overseeing the design and maintenance of data platforms using Snowflake, dbt, and Azure. Drive best practices in data management and ensure reliable data movement and quality.
