Owns model guardrails, evaluations, red-teaming, monitoring, incident response, student-facing safety, district trust documentation, and regulatory alignment. Builds safety infrastructure into product development, manages incidents and postmortems, partners with Legal and Engineering, and leads a growing Trust & Safety team.

Facilitates live virtual and in-person professional learning sessions for educators using MagicSchool tools and approved instructional content. Delivers sessions consistently, customizes materials lightly, supports content updates, gathers feedback, manages session logistics, and participates in contractor meetings and calibration. Requires classroom education experience, adult-learning facilitation expertise, platform certification, strong communication, instructional judgment, and reliability. This seasonal contract role offers flexible hours with peak demand during summer and key school-year periods.

Own customer experience and GTM operations by translating business needs into scalable workflows, automations, and systems improvements. Administer Salesforce, troubleshoot GTM tools, build reporting and documentation, and evaluate AI-assisted workflows using LLMs and automation platforms. Lead cross-functional projects, standardize processes, and improve system reliability, reporting clarity, and operational impact.
