The Portfolio Ops Summer Associate will work with portfolio company executives and the Portfolio Operations team to plan and execute value-creation initiatives in areas such as Go-to-Market, Talent, M&A, and Finance.

The Growth Equity Summer Analyst '24 position at M33 is a highly competitive internship program. The Analyst will work on both the software and healthcare investment teams, developing relationships with CEOs and founders, identifying investment opportunities, and participating in team meetings. No prior finance or investing experience is required, but an interest in investing, entrepreneurship, sales, technology, and healthcare is required. The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, exceptional communication skills, and a positive outlook.

The Portfolio Operations Associate will work with portfolio company executives and senior portfolio operations executives to execute value-creation initiatives. They will drive focus and prioritization within portfolio companies and build expertise in a specific value creation pillar. The associate will also package their work for easy deployment with new portfolio companies.
