Lead and manage nurses, medical assistants, and nurse case managers to ensure safe, high-quality patient care. Oversee staffing, workflows, regulatory compliance, budgeting basics, performance evaluations, onboarding, and quality improvement. Provide direct and indirect infectious disease care (HIV, HCV, TB, STIs), coordinate with public health partners, document in the electronic record, and ensure required reporting via Compliatric.

Provide collaborative drug therapy management under a collaborative practice agreement to improve patient outcomes. Educate patients, address adherence and medication access, document encounters in the EHR, collaborate with the in-house pharmacy team, maintain required licenses, and participate in data collection and reporting to support clinical pharmacy services.

Provide urgent care to a culturally diverse patient population on integrated teams (physicians, PAs/NPs, behavioral health, nurses). Deliver patient education, high-quality data-driven care, and flexible per-diem coverage.
