Lead end-to-end installation projects for automated material handling and robotics systems. Manage schedules, resources, budgets, field operations, subcontractors, and stakeholder communication. Ensure safety, quality, and compliance while identifying risks and changes. Travel across North America and apply standardized project templates and continuous improvement practices to drive successful project delivery and professional development.

Manage full sales cycle for specialized installation services in automated material handling and robotics. Build client relationships, develop proposals, collaborate with estimating/engineering/operations, negotiate contracts, maintain pipeline and forecasts, and coordinate project handoffs to operations while monitoring market and competitor activity.
