Leads Lumelight’s operational management system by developing KPI frameworks, dashboards, capacity models, governance standards, and continuous-improvement practices. Partners with leaders across functions to improve productivity, quality, service delivery, staffing, resource utilization, and client outcomes. Drives structured problem-solving, process standardization, change adoption, and acquisition integration while advancing data-driven operational decision-making.

Provides expert guidance on ERISA and employer-sponsored benefits compliance, including COBRA, ACA, Section 125, MHPAEA, and HIPAA. Handles client compliance questions, monitors regulatory changes, prepares educational content, delivers trainings and webinars, supports product development, and mentors colleagues. Builds relationships with employers, brokers, TPAs, and PBMs while translating complex federal and state requirements into practical guidance. This is a remote role with occasional travel.

Leads enterprise operational excellence, data operations, client experience, capacity planning, process improvement, organizational scalability, and acquisition integration. Establishes performance metrics, scalable operating models, automation initiatives, and cross-functional transformation programs to improve efficiency, service levels, forecasting, client retention, and organizational growth.

Manage client relationships and verification service projects from kickoff through completion. Coordinate onboarding materials, timelines, deliverables, data collection, audits, and cross-functional resources. Serve as the primary client liaison, facilitate meetings, provide updates and reports, identify risks, resolve issues, maintain project documentation, and ensure accurate, high-quality deliverables. Support continuous improvement and client experience initiatives in a remote work environment.
