Flexible Spending Account (FSA)

We offer employees the option to pay for eligible healthcare expenses through an FSA on a pre-tax basis. Employees have access to the full amount of FSA contribution within one week of enrollment.

Disability Insurance

Lose It! offers life insurance and long term disability through Mutual of Omaha for all full time employees.

Dental Benefits

Lose It! Offers the Delta Dental PPO Plus Premier plan and pays 100% of the Insurance Premiums, less a $1 nominal monthly fee for full time employees.

Vision Benefits

Lose It! offers the VSP Vision Care plan and pays 100% of the Vision Insurance Premiums for all full time employees.

Health Insurance Benefits

We offer the Harvard Pilgrim Best Buy PP 2000 insurance plan in conjunction with an HRA component that pays 100% of any deductible amount. The company also pays 100% of Health Insurance premiums.

401(K) Matching

Lose It! is excited to provide 401(K) matching offered through Vanguard Retirement Services. Lose It! will match up to 50% of employee's contributions to $4,000 for a total of a $2,000 match.

Company Outings

Lose It! hosts an all-company retreat at Loon Mountain each January, and paid for all employees and their families to spend up to 5 weeks in Paris in the summer of 2018.
