Lead global compensation programs, job architecture, market pricing, benchmarking, salary surveys, and annual merit and bonus processes. Develop compensation analyses and recommendations, partner with HRIS on configuration and testing, support bonus and commission programs, ensure pay compliance, and collaborate with HR, Finance, Legal, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders. The role is primarily remote with occasional travel up to 10%.

Own the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting, qualification, discovery, solution positioning, demonstrations, negotiation, and closing. Help refine sales messaging, qualification standards, outbound strategies, and go-to-market processes in a growing business.

Supports daily finance operations through administrative tasks, transaction processing, supplier and client ACH setup, payment inquiry resolution, tax-related invoice adjustments, refund preparation, and month-end reconciliations. Manages accounting team inboxes, communicates with internal and external customers, maintains accounting databases and reports, and provides backup support to teammates while meeting deadlines and maintaining accuracy in a remote, fast-paced environment.

Own and prioritize product backlogs, define user stories and acceptance criteria, elicit and translate requirements, facilitate Scrum ceremonies, and collaborate with product, design, development, QA, clients, and stakeholders. The role also supports roadmap execution, defect prioritization, usability testing, release documentation, customer training materials, validation testing, and daily Jira management while serving as a product subject matter expert.

Lead enterprise adoption of Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Power Platform by analyzing business processes, designing AI agents, building ROI-backed automation roadmaps, delivering training and prompt engineering best practices, and measuring utilization and productivity improvements across functions.

Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and integrations across AWS, Azure, and BigQuery. Normalize, aggregate, and ensure data quality for large web and transactional datasets, leveraging APIs, ETL/orchestration tools, and big-data technologies to support analytics and BI in an e-commerce environment.

Design, develop, and deploy AI-enabled automation using Power Platform and Copilot Studio. Build Power Apps, Power Automate flows, Dataverse solutions, conversational agents, API integrations, and enterprise-grade authentication. Define architecture, governance, ALM, environment standards, and mentor citizen developers while collaborating with stakeholders and supporting operational monitoring.

Manage full client lifecycle for a portfolio of accounts: qualify inbound leads, onboard clients, drive revenue growth, retention, and expansion. Serve as primary client contact, execute strategic account plans, collaborate cross-functionally for pre/post-sales, maintain pipeline and forecasts in CRM, lead client meetings, and provide hands-on operational support.

Design, develop, and execute automated and manual tests for enterprise web applications. Build and maintain automation scripts, dashboards, and test cases; perform backend/database validation, API testing, defect tracking, and release verification across multiple projects. Support test strategy, execution, and post-production validation.
