Provide exceptional in-store customer service and product knowledge to drive sales. Perform cash management, restocking, store maintenance, and adhere to quality and operational standards. Meet individual sales targets, promote marketing programs, and escalate customer or product issues to management. Work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.

Lead Lindor brand initiatives including annual marketing plans, product innovation and renovation, and full 360° campaigns across digital, social, shopper, and in-store channels. Drive consumer and competitive research, synthesize insights, support sales integration, manage vendor and agency partners, and contribute to financial planning and sales projections. Collaborate cross-functionally in a hybrid office environment.

Lead internal control and compliance activities including SOX testing, risk assessments, remediation projects, and month-end accounting support. Coordinate with internal and external auditors, maintain compliance reporting, manage ERP GRC processes, and support regulatory, tax, and statutory reporting. Provide training, process improvements, and monitor controls to mitigate financial and compliance risk.
