Libra Solutions Benefits Overview

Serve as first point of contact for pre-settlement funding applicants in a high-volume inbound call center. Answer ~75-80 calls/day, collect and document applicant information, guide intake/onboarding, use CRM, meet sales/quality/productivity targets, follow scripts and compliance, and collaborate with internal teams.

The Funding Processor will review cases, ensure funding procedures are followed, run identity checks, and schedule payments for approved legal funding applicants.

Make outbound calls to generate new business, build and manage relationships with attorneys and law firms in an assigned territory, cross-sell company services, handle attorney inquiries, and support Regional Directors with day-to-day sales activities and coverage.
