Leads traveling installation teams during themed entertainment venue builds and retrofits. Oversees installers, artists, trade sequencing, technical installation, safety, materials, budgets, schedules, quality, vendor and general contractor coordination, troubleshooting, reporting, and team development. The role travels more than 250 days annually, supports high-pressure venue openings, and requires hands-on expertise in modular systems, electro-mechanical equipment, carpentry, electronics, and construction-site operations.

Coordinates traveling installation teams during Level99 venue build-outs and openings. Manages team travel, equipment shipping and receiving, vendor communications, schedules, expenses, documentation, inventory, staging areas, onboarding, and status reporting. Supports artists and installation crews on active construction sites, resolves logistical issues, and helps maintain progress amid tight deadlines, changing priorities, irregular hours, and extensive travel.

Leads venue shifts as Manager on Duty, directing staff, overseeing guest experience and safety, enforcing policies, managing staffing and operations, handling cash and POS accuracy, and supporting event execution. Requires weekend and holiday availability, strong communication, physical stamina, and comfort in fast-paced environments. Leadership or keyholder experience, hospitality education, and CPR/AED/First Aid certification are preferred but not required.
