Serve as primary media contact for NCAA Division III athletics; promote and market Lesley sports via website, social media, and videography; compile statistics and reports; act as official scorer/statistician at home contests; coordinate schedules and awards nominations; manage student employees and event logistics; participate in recruiting events and athletics banquet planning.

Process on-cycle and off-cycle payrolls, perform audits, reconciliations, variance analysis, and payroll reporting. Use Workday for configuration, calculated fields, and time tracking. Troubleshoot systems, support upgrades, ensure federal/state payroll compliance, assist GL reconciliations and payroll tax tasks, monitor Federal Work Study, document SOPs, respond to employee inquiries, and implement process improvements across HR, Finance, IT, and Financial Aid.

Lead development and management of financial models and the annual budget; oversee financial analysis, key metric reporting, and financial systems integrity; collaborate with senior leadership to evaluate program sustainability, identify efficiencies, support financial close, and prepare for audits.

Lead administrative operations for the Provost's Office, supervise staff, manage academic systems and workflows, coordinate committees and institutional initiatives, support faculty affairs, accreditation, assessment, enrollment, budgets, events, and reporting to improve operational effectiveness across Academic Affairs.

Provide hands-on technical support for desktops, mobile devices, audio/visual and video conferencing systems; administer on-premises and SaaS end-user platforms; troubleshoot complex issues; support campus events with setup and live A/V operation; create user documentation and deliver training; provide evening and weekend coverage per event-driven schedule.
