Define its scope, pricing, positioning, and quality standards; personally lead early client strategy and delivery; oversee paid media, SEO, AEO, social, content, reputation, and direct marketing; embed AI and automation into service delivery; and build the team, playbooks, technology, and reporting systems needed to scale quality and client ROI.

Own and optimize the revenue technology stack across Salesforce, HubSpot, and Planhat. Build integrations, automations, workflows, data migrations, and API scripts; administer systems and maintain data governance. Translate go-to-market requirements into scalable configurations, create reports and dashboards, identify revenue and churn insights, and continuously improve processes across sales, marketing, onboarding, customer success, and renewals.
