Provides non-phone customer and operational support through email, direct mail, faxes, and internal tickets. Resolves account issues, disputes, and chargebacks; posts payments accurately; conducts call quality assurance; follows regulated processes and compliance timelines; and identifies process improvements while managing multiple responsibilities independently.

Provide inbound and outbound support to Koalafi’s merchant and retail partners through phone, chat, and email. Assist with lease and loan application processing, answer account questions, complete funding and reporting processes, identify customer issue trends, and maintain strong merchant relationships. The role requires accurate, efficient, autonomous work in a high-volume remote environment, including nights and weekends.
