Leads the company’s claims, litigation, arbitration, mediation, and dispute-resolution matters. Manages outside counsel, litigation strategy, discovery, reserves, insurance reporting, and executive claims reporting. Advises project teams on contractual and legal risks, supports commercial contracting, corporate governance, compliance, investigations, mergers and acquisitions, and risk mitigation. Requires a Juris Doctorate, active state bar membership, and at least 15 years of construction law or related experience managing complex litigation, claims, outside counsel, and significant budgets.

Leads East Division market strategy and growth across water, energy, power, transportation, industrial/commercial, and federal sectors. Directs sector leads, develops market plans and budgets, identifies opportunities, manages CRM data, supports major proposals, coaches business development teams, and aligns area leadership around growth objectives. The role also participates in strategic planning, client development, recruiting, mentoring, performance reviews, and industry conferences.

Entry-level and internship opportunities supporting civil, transportation, water/wastewater, geotechnical, environmental, and bridge engineering projects. Responsibilities include engineering design, analysis, site investigations, construction management support, infrastructure planning, environmental assessments, regulatory compliance, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
